Senior Project

This performance is my final project for the Donaghey Program. It is an exploration of the connection between music and imagery. Over the years, I have developed obsessions with both piano and photography, and I wanted to present them in a unique and personal way. I developed the program based on themes of night and poetry, and shot images and videos that mirror the atmosphere or symbolism of each piece. Working with art while practicing for this project has taught me a lot about how to interpret pieces more personally and perform them with more freedom and expression.
